The European Space Agency’s Dutch business incubator is seeking applicaitons. You’ll need a (validated) space business idea and a lot of preparation to be ready to submit your application by the selection deadline of 30 March 2026. We don’t yet know what innovative ideas will be brought to the table (will the tech transfer trend continue?) but we do know that – from the entrepreneur’s perspective – starting the planning well in advance of the deadline can increase the likelihood of a successful application. Curious to hear tips about preparing for ESA BIC and get advice about what to expect from the programme? Join the webinar on 26 February to find out more!

Get ready to apply to ESA BIC Noordwijk!
The ESA Business Incubation Centre (ESA BIC) will be introduced and presented by the Noordwijk programme manager Martijn Leinweber during this online info session. ESA BIC Noordwijk, managed by SBIC Noordwijk, is ESA’s business incubation programme that enables founders and entrepreneurs to develop their space-related business ideas and receive support during their adventurous journey.
We are calling for startups to take action. No matter what stage you are at – whether you want to validate your space business idea and bring it to market or get the push to finish a prototype that is already in the making – the ESA BIC programme will provide support as you advance your business model.
We offer regular info sessions in the lead up to the ESA BIC selection deadlines. These can take the form of online webinars and in-person meet-and-great sessions, as outlined on our ESA BIC Open House page. Maybe you already joined previous webinars and still have questions. Maybe you have considered applying to ESA BIC previously but are looking for that extra push to make 2026 the year that you submit your application. We are here to help you prepare and we are eager to hear the questions that you want answering.
In this first webinar of the spring 2026 sprint, you will find out the background to ESA BIC Noordwijk and find out about the application process (you can already download the documents in a Zip file from the SBIC website). Join the webinar for the opportunity to ask us all your questions and get ready for the kick-start of your space business.
During the session, you will also discover all benefits of our programme and learn about applying to be in with a chance of getting:
- Up to €60K zero-equity funding
- Technical support
- Business support & coaching
- ESA BIC branding and visibility
- Exclusive events & training
- Access to the international space community and investors
- & more!
We have two selection rounds each year – with the next deadline for applications being 30 March 2025.
Before joining the webinar, we recommend that you follow the pre-steps listed here.
