Flex Desk

Located on the ground floor, you can use one of the available flex desks which are indicated with stickers. Using the flex desk means Bring Your Own Device and to clear it afterwards for others to use.

Dedicated Desk

Located on the first floor, a dedicated desk is ‘yours’ so you can leave your stuff on your own spot. Comes with a cabinet so you can store valuable items or office documents.

Private Office

You can also rent an entire unit as private office. Great for big teams, and for meeting clients. Located throughout the building, these units come in several shapes and sizes.

Additional fee

For an additional fee, these services are also available to community members and renters of a flex desk:

• Reception services & use of postal address: €40 per month
• Storage (closet): €25 per month
• Additional flex desk: €35 per desk per day
• Flex use of FabLab: €125 per month per company
• Coaching hours: TBD

There are a number of possibilities for places to hold meetings. SBIC has a room called Meeting Space 01 where you can have your meeting with up to 30 persons. Those members who have a dedicated desk or private office can book the meeting room for free. For members with flex desk subscriptions or externals can book this large space for €50 per hour: details here.

Our small meeting room for up to 4 persons is Meeting Space 02 and it is located on the first floor. It is available for free (1 booking per week) with all community member subscriptions and is deal for small team meetings and undisturbed videocalls.

Host your meeting overlooking the Atrium
Upstairs in the ESA BIC co-working space is where you can find the Spark Hub. It is available to the community for meetings including use of the multimedia facilities. Guest WiFi, whiteboard and TV included.

Office hours with community partners and entrepreneurs-in-residence (launched Q2 2021).

• Free use of printer (fair use policy)

Escape into the phone booth

All community members can also use the first floor phone booth for private meetings or taking a call. It is a great space for a quiet escape or to get into-the-zone.

& don’t forget to take time to chill in the gaming corner or smash it at table tennis.
