The European Space Agency’s only Dutch business incubation programme (ESA BIC Noordwijk), managed by SBIC Noordwijk, enables founders and entrepreneurs to develop their space business related ideas and supports them during their adventurous journey. We offer regular info sessions in the lead up to the ESA BIC selection deadlines, either as online webinars or in-person meet-and-great sessions, as outlined on our ESA BIC Open House page. Maybe you already joined previous webinars and still have questions. Maybe you have considered applying to ESA BIC previously but are looking for that extra push to make 2025 the year that you submit your application. We are here to help you prepare and we are eager to hear the questions that you want answering. Join the webinar on 10 June!

Which aspects of the programme do you have questions about?
In all likelihood, if you are curious about an aspect of the ESA BIC programme, then there is probably someone out there wondering the same thing. That is why we are keen to gather any questions in advance and make sure that we cover them in our new-format, one-off webinar. There will be two additional webinars in September to provide support with the application process (details here).
Submission of questions in advance is not mandatory; and you can still submit questions even if you cannot attend the webinar, and we will be in touch with you.
Take action to get support for your space business
If you want to develop your space related idea and get support from the European Space Agency and Netherlands Space Office, plus partners – if successfully selected for the programme, you can receive €60K non-equity funding and business/technical support – take action and join the open call! The fall selection deadline of 9 October 2025.
