The Dutch business incubation programme of the European Space Agency, ESA BIC Noordwijk, runs an open call for startups to apply to join as an ESA BIC incubatee and reap the benefit that brings – funding, plus technical and business support – as well as being part of our community at SBIC Noordwijk. Six startups successfully completed the programme this year, with all these entrepreneurs working with downstream space-related technologies for different applications on Earth. The newest graduates will go on to be ambassadors for ESA BIC Noordwijk.

We are excited to warmly congratulate the six graduating companies listed below in this article. Within 2 years, they either produced a prototype or had a market introduction for their innovation. In the ESA BIC programme, space startups get up to €60,000 zero-equity funding for the development of their idea, receive technical support by the European Space Agency and Netherlands Space Office along with a network of partners, and get extensive business support from the team at Space Business Innovation Centre in Noordwijk.
Congrats to these startups
The businesses most recently graduated from the incubation programme in Noordwijk are listed below. All the entrepreneurs completed the programme during 2025 and were each awarded with an alumnus patch coinciding with the Demo Day that took place at SBIC on 9 Dec. Some of the startups’ innovations were presented during the event, see report here.
To mark the graduation, each participant received the official ESA BIC Noordwijk alumnus patch. Jacobo Domingo (SBIC business development manager) who provided business support during the ESA BIC programme.
