ESA BIC 2026: Open House Sessions

Thanks for your interest in ESA BIC Noordwijk. Discover what it really means to participate in the business incubation centre of the European Space Agency (ESA BIC) by visiting us at SBIC. If you are considering taking part in the Ignition Programme (pre-incubation) – which takes place in 2026 prior to the spring & fall ESA BIC selection deadlines – you are welcome to join these sessions to find out more about ESA BIC (incubation). The spring selection deadline for the ESA BIC programme was on 30 March 2026 (by 23:59h).

The fall selection deadline for the ESA BIC programme is on 5 October 2026 (by 23:59h).

 

2026 ESA BIC Info Sessions (webinars)

The ESA BIC Open House sessions complement the ESA BIC online webinars for each deadline, which anyone considering applying to ESA BIC should consider joining:

In advance of the fall deadline, you are invited to validate your idea and fine-tune your business plan via the pre-incubation Ignition Programme.

    Join the next ESA BIC Open House event(s) in the lead up to the 2026 selection deadlines and you can have the chance to discuss the programme in-person. Hear about the first-hand experience from current startups and take this opportunities to ask our team any questions you might have. Those people who attend the Network & Drinks can meet us in-person in the Atrium or visit us in the Spark Hub at SBIC Noordwijk where you can also view the display of alumni products and innovations.

    Another opportunity to meet up with ESA BIC incubatees and those in the space business community is by joining the (free) NL Space Campus Network & Drinks (N&D) at SBIC Noordwijk, which generally takes place on the last Thursday of the month in 2026 (in Feb/May/Jun/Oct/Nov).
